Harris County
Houston
Our home city. Teardowns inside the Loop, commercial shells out to Beltway 8, and no zoning code to work around.
Service Areas · 12 Cities · 5 Counties
One north Houston yard, one set of self-performed crews, and a sixty-mile radius we actually work — not a map we drew to look big.

Every City We Serve
Each city has its own soil, its own drainage district and its own permit counter. Most of them sit on clay that swells when wet and shrinks when dry. When an older slab has already moved, our crews handle the slab foundation repair too.

No. Mobilization is priced into the job the same way in League City as it is in Spring. If a drive genuinely makes us the wrong crew for a job, we will say so instead of padding the number.
Yes. Harris County, Montgomery County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County and Galveston County each run their own counter, and the incorporated cities add their own. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections for whichever jurisdiction your lot falls in.
Usually. Floodplain lots need a surveyed elevation, engineered fill or a raised structure, and sign-off from the local floodplain administrator. We build inside the Addicks and Barker watersheds and the Clear Creek district regularly, and we will tell you up front what the elevation requirement adds.
Inside the radius, the same week. An estimator walks the site, measures, and sends back an itemized proposal — free either way.
For the right project, yes. Call and describe the scope. If the drive means we cannot staff it properly, we would rather tell you than take the job and short the crew.
