This policy explains what information Jimenes Construction collects through jimenesconstruction.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers the information you give us when you call, text or email us about a project.

1. Who We Are

Jimenes Construction is a general contractor based at 547 Connorvale Ln, Houston, TX 77060. We decide how the information collected through this site is used. You can reach us using the details in the Contact Us section.

2. What We Collect From You

When you fill out our form

• your name, phone number and email address
• your property address, city, state and zip code, if you give them
• whether the property is residential or commercial, the services you need, your budget range and your target start date
• anything you write about your project
• how you would like us to contact you: by phone, text or email
• any plans, drawings or site photos you upload

When you call, text or email us

We keep the messages, voicemails and details you share so we can follow up.

When you hire us

During a project we also collect what we need to do the work. This can include the site address and access instructions, survey and permit documents, HOA approvals, photos of the job, contract documents, and billing and payment records.

3. What the Site Collects on Its Own

Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit. These include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

No analytics or ad tracking. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recording on this site. We do not set cookies ourselves.

Google Maps. Some pages show a map from Google Maps. When a map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

• to answer your questions and follow up by the method you chose
• to review your plans and photos, visit the site, and prepare an estimate or proposal
• to plan, permit, schedule and build your project
• to send invoices, take payments and keep business and tax records
• to handle warranty requests and resolve any disputes
• to protect the site from spam and misuse
• to meet our legal duties

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We only share it when we need to:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting and form handling, email, phone and text messaging, and accounting. They may only use it to do that work for us.
• People working on your project, such as engineers, surveyors, subcontractors and suppliers. They get only what they need for your job.
• Permit offices, inspectors, utilities and HOAs, when your project needs a permit, inspection, utility locate or approval.
• Lenders, insurers or title companies, when you ask us to or your project requires it.
• Legal and safety reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our crews or the public.
• A new owner, if our business is sold or merged. They would have to protect your information the way this policy does.

6. Text Messages

If you choose "Text Message" on our form or text us first, we will text you about your inquiry and your project. How often depends on your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing. The sharing described in section 5 does not include text message opt-in data or consent. That information is never shared with third parties.

7. How Long We Keep It

• Inquiries that do not become projects: about two years, then we delete them.
• Project records: at least ten years after the project is finished. Texas law allows some construction claims to be brought up to ten years after the work, and we keep records for warranty, tax and legal reasons over that period.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short time under its own policy.

8. Keeping It Safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Only people who need it for their work can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security. Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers through our form or by email.

9. Your Choices & Rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a contract, warranty, tax or legal reason
• stop contacting you by text, phone or email

Texas law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, gives Texas residents some of these rights. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first. We will answer within 45 days.

If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you are not satisfied with our decision on appeal, you can contact the Texas Attorney General.

10. Children

This site is for people planning construction work. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make a big change to how we use your information, we will make it clear on this page.
