View ServiceWhere We Work
Commercial crews, equipment and steel all run out of one yard in north Houston, near Beltway 8 and the Hardy Toll Road. From there we reach retail, office and warehouse sites across Greater Houston, plus the plants around Pasadena and Baytown. Send your site address and bid date and we will walk the job.
Good Questions
Have a bid package or a set of civil sheets? Call and talk to the superintendent who would run the job.
Talk to a BuilderOur own crews handle concrete, steel and site work on commercial and industrial jobs. No scope on this page is brokered out.
Both. General contractors, developers, plant owners and facility managers hire us with the civil and structural sheets in hand. We build to the sealed drawings and book the special inspections. One superintendent runs each job and is the person your team calls. When we pour the foundation and set the steel, the anchor bolts go in with templates cut from the steel drawings, so the base plates land where they belong.
Usually, yes. We phase paving and dock work so the entrances, fire lanes and most dock doors stay open while we pour the rest. Each phase gets a pour date in the schedule, because concrete has to reach strength before traffic comes back. On plant jobs we plan picks and tie-ins around your turnaround window.
The TCEQ construction general permit (TXR150000) applies when a job disturbs one acre or more. It calls for a stormwater pollution prevention plan, a posted site notice and regular inspections. The primary operator is usually the general contractor. We can write the plan, install the erosion controls, run the inspections and keep the records ready for TCEQ and City inspectors. See SWPPP.
We build to the specs on your sheets and the codes behind them.
Texas does not license general, concrete or steel contractors, so no one in this trade has a state license number. Here is what we send with a bid.
